Generating a Patient Report

A Patient Summary can be inputted, and a Report generated. This report will list all Patient activities, and related clinician captured notes and feedback, as well as the summary. This can be filed as a record of the vDOT treatment within the Patient Record and notes.

To generate a report :

1. Select the patient you wish to generate a report for.

2. Click the Report tab.

3. Input any notes or summary details of the vDOT treatment and patient outcomes.

4. Click the Generate button. This will download a PDF copy of the report, which can then be printed and filed, or uploaded to the Patient Record within relevant Hospital systems.

Patient Reports are based on configurable templates, which can be edited to display the information in the look and detail you require. To change this report, please contact [email protected].
