The below lists updates to the Clinician Portal.

1.0.76 - 2021-07-01

Reporting Improvements - Enhancements to the patient reporting which greatly improve the display of the patient summary report. This removes the scenario where text was shrank to fix the report text area or the whitespace previously displayed in the reports. Contact support@continga.co.uk for more details.

Care Plan Improvements - Care plan items can now be archived or restored, as well as edited. This allows for medications in the Care Plan to be archived, and restored if necessary in the future. These archived Care Plan items will still appear in the patient summary report when generated.

Adherence Calculation - The patient's daily medication adherence is calculated and displayed to the patient in the app. This is calculated based on the patient's defined Care Plan against the videos of medications the patient records. This adherence can be displayed in the patient summary report. Please contact support@continga.co.uk to update your report template.

Patient Reporting - Patient report generation support more advanced, multi-page layouts by utilising multiple report templates.
Care Plan Editing - Care plan items can now be edited, allowing for medication, dose or frequency to be edited. To edit, simply click the item in the Care Plan.

Care Plan Improvements - Care plan item frequency now allows users to define the days and time the medication is taken.

Patient Upload Improvements - A patient will, by default, see only the care plan items that should be taken today (based on the Care Plan frequency), but can toggle to see their full care plan.

Patient Comments - the patient can now add comments before uploading their video. This will be visible to the clinical staff as part of the patient's activity.
New Tenant Setting
- SHOW_PATIENTCOMMENTS - Show the patient comments field within the patient upload.

Tenant Settings - Continga vDOT can be configured on a per tenant basis, enabling and configuring the user experience. Settings supported :
- SHOW_DEMOGRAPHICS - Show the patient demographics (Name & DOB) within the Patient Form. If disabled, these are not required as part of the patient record.
- SHOW_EMAIL - Show the Email field within the Patient Form. This is used as the patient log in. If disabled, this is not required as part of the patient record, and an username must be defined instead.
- SHOW_USERNAME - Show the Username field within the Patient Form. This is used as the patient log in. If disabled, this is not required as part of the patient record, and an email must be defined instead.
- SHOW_PHONE - Show the Phone Number field within the Patient Form. If disabled, these are not required as part of the patient record.
- PATIENT_INSTRUCTIONS - Defines the patient instructions which are shown to the patient upon logging in. This field supports HTML.

Patient Reports - Clinicians can now input a patient summary and generate a report to download. This report is based on a configurable template. Contact support@continga.co.uk for more details.

Improved Logging - User error logging captured with error details to enable remote diagnostics. Note that not personal data is captured, and only device details (Phone make / model), Browser (Safari / Google Chrome) and error details are stored.
