# Install Continga vDOT

## Install using App Store

The Continga app is available from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Use the links below to download for your appropriate device, or scan the QR code with your device.

Once downloaded, you will be able to log in with your defined patient email & password.&#x20;

## Web App

This can be used if a patient does not wish to download the app from the App / Play Store, or in the event they have an issue with these apps.

To add the app to the patient phone:

1. Open Continga rDOT by either:
   1. Scan above QR Code with the Device camera
   2. Browse to rDOT via the browser.&#x20;
      1. Open browser (Chrome / Safari) from the Home Screen
      2. Navigate to <https://rdot.continga.co.uk>
2. For iOS
   1. Tap <img src="https://help.apple.com/assets/5E6F03560946225E2308D0A0/5E6F035F0946225E2308D0C3/en_US/cadc928b998b9ce31be75d6bffa0de65.png" alt="the Share button" data-size="line">, then tap `Add to Home Screen`.
   2. Tap `Add` - An app, rDOT, should be available from the Home Screen.
3. For Android
   1. Tap `…`, then tap `Add to Home Screen`.
   2. Tap `Add` - An app, rDOT, should be available from the Home Screen.
4. Open rDOT
5. Log Patient in using the email address & password defined at [patient enrolment](/getting-started/add-patient.md).
