Viewing Patient Activity

Patients will be uploading videos of their medications based on their Care Plan. This new and unreviewed activity will be indicated to the user by the word NEW, displayed beside the patient.

1. Select the patient you wish to review activity for. The patient will have a NEW indicator.

2. Click the Activity tab.

3. Click the activity you wish to review.

   1. Click the video to play

   2. The video can be made full screen by clicking the ⿴ icon

4. Add any review feedback as required

   1. Select the appropriate review assessment (poor / partial / good), as well as record any feedback and notes.

   2. Click Save

New activity will be indicated by a blue background on the activity details. Reviewed activity will be indicated by a red, amber or green background.
