Creating a Care Team

A Care Team defines who within your Team and Organisation can access this patient and view their record and activity / videos. This is to prevent unauthorised access, and to control the members of your Team that are caring and treating different patients.
A patient's Care Team can be accessed by first selecting a patient, and then selecting the Care Team
tab.
The user who is creating the patient will be added to the patient's Care Team by default. Only this user will then be able to access this patient until the Care Team is updated.
Within a selected patient's Care Team, click the + Add Carer
button. This will open a form.
Select the appropriate user to add to the Care Team. This dropdown can be scrolled, or typed in with autocompleted users to select from.
After selecting the team member, click Save
to add this member to the patient's Care Team.
Note that adding a team member to the patient's Care Team will instantly allow them to access this patient, and their details and videos. Please ensure the correct user is selected before clicking Save.
Note that only users from your organisation, who also have Continga vDOT accounts, will be available to select. Please contact support@continga.co.uk if additional team members need added.
